Introduction
Based on its global advantages, aware about culture of India, and policy & law of investment in India, the Indian Law Research Centre is acting as the major coordinator in the lawyer system in the Indian legal service market, which is led by Chinese attorneys, and coordinating, managing, and supervising foreign law firms. Our Research Center cooperates with the law firms of India, and instructs the law firms in local matters and utilizes local resources to provide high quality services to the clients.
Additionally, practicers of centre have co-founded the Indian Law Research Centre (ILRC) with East China University of Political Science and Law, and assigned legists who have study in India law as the director and vice director of the Centre, chairing and leading the Centre’s running. The ILRC also has the close professional relationship with the embassies and consulates of the India, relevant China’s foreign economic and trade authorities, and judicial authorizes and economic and trade organizations of the India.
As the major coordinator in the Indian investment projects, ILRC is fully responsible to select and hire foreign law firms as required in the projects, to assist the clients in organizing project teams pursuant to international investment customs, to coordinate, manage, and supervise domestic and foreign intermediaries, and to control the business processes.
